What is your return policy?
All of our items are custom made upon receipt of payment and are not eligible for return. If you decide you would like to cancel your order before your items have been shipped, please contact us with your transaction number, preferably within 48 hours of your purchase.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or damages made to the package/items once in USPS care. Please contact your local post office if any of these situations happen to arise. If you are concerned that this may happen to you, you must contact us before purchase and request that a tracking number/delivery confirmation feature and/or insurance be added to your order for your convenience.
I need my items for a specific event, can I return them if they don't arrive in time for my event?
If you need your item to arrive by a certain date, you must contact us before purchase to ensure your deadline can be accommodated. Production for your items will begin after payment has been received, and depending on which items you purchase and the quantity, your production time may be 2-3 weeks or more. Each item listing will show the required production time, so be sure to read the item descriptions. All international packages are subject to unforeseeable customs delays. Refunds are not offered for orders that do not arrive by a certain date. Please bear this in mind when considering purchasing with short deadlines.
How do I inquire about expediting an order?
If you would like to inquire about a quick turn around, just use the contact page and be sure to include the items you are interested in, the date you would like to receive them by and your zip code or country in your message. Emails are responded to within 48 hours or less, except on US holidays and during weekends.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Most items ship First Class International unless you contact us and request a faster service, such as Priority International (estimated 6-10 business days) or Priority Express (estimated 3-5 business days). All international packages are subject to potential customs delays, regardless of shipping service. Please note, on USPS First Class packages, tracking is only available until the item reaches the US border. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.

Can you expedite shipping?
We offer a number of shipping options within the US (and international). Please note that nothing in our shop is "ready to ship" unless specifically stated, and production times can be 1-3 weeks depending on the type and number of items you purchase. Can I change the shipping address, or upgrade shipping once the order is shipped?
No, once the order is shipped, there is no way for us to change a shipping address or upgrade shipping.
Do you take custom requests?
We have a few custom spots available from time to time. Custom requests for completely new items/designs require at least 1 month and sometimes longer (not including shipping) so please be sure to allow ample time when working with a deadline. Please contact us with any questions!
Are your items for children or adults?
Please look carefully at each item description for measurements. All props are one-size-fits-all. We do recommend adult supervision for use with children.
Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?
Yes! The best way to find out about sales and coupon codes is to stay in touch with us through social media.
